Complete refurbishment & double storey extension

This was a year and a half project to build a two story extension to the front elevation whilst modernising the entire home. Inside was a complete redesign and refurbish including two new kitchens, bathroom and en-suite. Solar panels were also fitted to the roof. View pictures here.

Medieval Flat Refurbishment
The Hospital of St Cross,
Winchester
This was a year long project to completely refurbish four medieval flats. The flats were grade 1 listed, meaning that great care was required to ensure as much history as possible could be preserved. The works included a new kitchen/bathroom and other general works including plastering and decorating. View pictures here.
